$145 per 50min session, group pricing varies
$175 per initial session
Sliding scale available upon request if you don’t have insurance.
Insurance
If you live in Washington state: We are in-network with Optum Insurance/ United Healthcare Group/ and some EAP plans too.
If you live in Hawai’i: We are not in-network with HMSA, as there was a hiccup due to the office location not being in Hawai'i. We are working to resolve the issue for our telehealth clients who prefer to work with a Hawai'i licensed therapist remotely. We apologize for the delay, and stay tuned for an update. Fingers Crossed!
We bill a few out-of-network health insurance providers too, and we can verify this with you. The first step is to email your name and date of birth to support@reedtherapy.com. We will send you a patient portal invite within 3 business days or sooner after receiving that information. You will receive a patient portal invite via email based on the email address that we received your information from. Then sign up for the portal (instructions are in the email), fill out the new patient forms, and we will contact you within approximately 3 business days to let you know about insurance coverage after the forms are received.
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services if you are not part of the above in-network insurance companies listed.
I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
Payment
I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment. I also accept payment directly on my site via this page.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
